City tax

The accommodation price does not include the local tax for the stay. The fee is 35 CZK for each person over 18 years of age and per night. Persons under 18 years of age, holders of ZTP/P cards + guide, blind persons are exempt from the fee.
A baby cot can be prepared for you in the room upon request for a fee of 300,-/stay.
An extra bed is available subject to availability for a fee of 800,-/1 night with breakfast.
We are happy to accommodate your small breed dogs for a fee of 350,-CZK/1 night. Please let us know the size and breed in advance so that we can choose a suitable room together. The owner is fully responsible for any damage caused by his pet in the room or in the hotel premises, see.Rules for accommodation with pets.

Cancellation policy:

Confirmed reservations can be canceled without cancellation fees within the cancellation period of 14 days before the date of arrival.

13 -7 days before the date of arrival………….. 50% of the total price of the stay

6 – 0 days before the date of arrival…………..100% of the total price of the stay

Cancellation of the stay order can only be made by the customer and the accommodation provider in writing.
The day of cancellation of the stay order is considered the day on which the notification of this is delivered to the accommodation provider or the customer.
The final settlement will be based on the ordered capacity.
Note: Cancellation policies can exceptionally be resolved individually according to the extent of the canceled accommodation capacity.

Please note that celebrations, corporate events and wedding receptions may take place in the area.

As one of the few hotels in Kroměříž, we offer our guests free bike storage in lockable spaces for the duration of their stay.
